Quebec and Ontario
Locate request receipt
Each locate is dispatched directly to the locator in that region. It is completed according to it is priority, within the requested time frame.
Site visit on every request
The locator analyses every request, and locates the network according to plans provided by the client. All outside plant in conflict with the work area (as provided by the excavator) will be marked with paint, stakes or flags.The locator will then complete a form outlining the network with tie-in measurements taken from topographical features. If the network is not in conflict with the work area, the locator will also provide the excavator with a locate form.
Notice to the excavator
Every excavator is notified of their request results when the locate is completed. (On site when present, by fax or by email).
Detailed invoice of locates completed monthly
Sent monthly, the invoice shows the number of locate requests completed. A list of numbered requests is also available upon demand.

We provide 24 hour emergency service,

Equipment and materials needed to complete locate
Our locators use locating equipment of the highest quality. Each locator also uses a computer with mapping software installed. We use water-based paints, wooden stakes, and flags of various colors according to the utility located.
Liability
Liability of $5,000,000.00 per claim.
